When you apply, you instantly reserve your new home! To secure your reservation, a $50 application fee, a $150 admin fee, and a $500 deposit are required.

The $500 deposit is held for the duration of your lease and is refundable upon move-out. If you choose not to proceed with a lease, the deposit will be refunded. However, the application and admin fees are non-refundable.

We are proud to be a pet-friendly community, allowing up to two pets per apartment. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $35 per cat and $50 per dog. While we do not have breed restrictions for dogs, weight limits may apply. Additionally, we do not require cats to be declawed.  Reach out to our leasing team if you have any questions regarding our pet policy.  We are happy to help!

Secure a spot in our climate-controlled garage for $175 per month. Electric vehicle plug-in spaces are available for $225 per month, while outdoor parking is offered at $125 per month. We also provide flexible month-to-month parking options starting at $200.

A huge perk of living at Midline Apartments is that all utilities are set up for you in advance.

Here’s a breakdown:

  • Electricity:
    • Studio: $50-75/month (average)
    • 1 Bedroom: $50-75/month (average)
    • 2 Bedroom: $50-100/month (average)*

*Costs vary based on actual usage, including lighting, appliances, and HVAC systems.

  • Internet:
    • We provide Xfinity Internet with speeds starting at 300 Mbps for a flat rate of $50/month.
    • You can upgrade to speeds up to 1 GB; prices may vary.
  • Trash
    • Studio: $15/month
    • 1 Bedroom: $20/month
    • 2 Bedroom: $25/month
  • Water/Waste:
    • $15-25 per person, on average*

*Billback is based on a per person usage. The billback rate uses a Ratio Utility Billing System as outlined in the Utility Addendum to the Lease.
