When you apply, you instantly reserve your new home! To secure your reservation, a $50 application fee, a $150 admin fee, and a $500 deposit are required.
The $500 deposit is held for the duration of your lease and is refundable upon move-out. If you choose not to proceed with a lease, the deposit will be refunded. However, the application and admin fees are non-refundable.
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community, allowing up to two pets per apartment. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $35 per cat and $50 per dog. While we do not have breed restrictions for dogs, weight limits may apply. Additionally, we do not require cats to be declawed.
